I bought one years ago and I love it! The only reason I need to buy a new one is because we now have a round toilet instead of an oval one. Great options like heated water, heated seat and excellent water pressure.

But, it’s turned out to be great, doesn’t leak, & I’m back to buy another one for another bathroom. I think they have upgraded the model I bought. This is the type of thing once you have it you can’t live without.

A necessity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased our latest SB1000E/W in February 2023. It is not a luxury; it is a necessity. Our first SB1000 lasted several years, and selecting a replacement was a no-brainer. It fits our elongated toilet perfectly. I gave five stars for the functionality of the unit. The only complaint is that the spacers beneath the seat have started to push through the bottom of the seat. Unfortunately, this is a one-year warranty item. We did not have this problem with our first SB1000, so I'm assuming the failure is rare and am ordering a replacement seat.

Luxury For Your Behind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using this bidet for 6 months now. It is a great unit and all features work as intended. My pregnant wife absolutely loves this thing. Heated option is OP. Add a squatie pottie and you’ll have an 12/10 poop experience.
4/5 stars because the unit comes with plastic hardware. The hot water temp can be inconsistent, even with use of the control. It’s rare, but it happens.
