We bought this before my partner had surgery that would limit the mobility of their arms. Now the whole family uses it and loves it! When we travel, we miss it! The lid hinge cracked after two years of use, but it's easily replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this to replace a bio bidet and we have high hopes. So far, it was easy to install and looks great. My usual complaint is the seat warmer turns itself off. Hoping this one stays on consistently.
