Enjoying my new SB-1000, the new styled hapatic remote takes alittle time to get use to, it's a touch rather than a push. Nice wide seat for support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this bidet! We had one in our previous home and got a new one for our current place. It does its job smoothly and reliably. The remote has changed. It is larger now, more intuitive and has bigger images and buttons. A nice improvement!

We've been using this in our basement loo for a couple of years now. I'm not sure how other reviewers have managed to break the plastic - I weigh 200 pounds and this thing doesn't strain at all. The only thing I would suggest is that the seat end of the supply hose should have a "quick disconnect" that could pop off and stop the water flow. This would make cleaning the unit much easier.

The only problems I've found are that it's difficult to get under the seat to clean the area around the nozzles, and one of the function buttons on the remote control quit working within a few months of use.
