Have never had a issue with it, it just works

I bought this over a year ago and never looked back... literally. Everything is just right. It was quick and easy to install, everything I need for comfort and cleanliness. Water pressure and temperature adjustable - check, check; Seat temperature adjustable and soft close - check, check; Self cleaning that actually cleans - check (being an admitted clean-freak I sterilize the sprayer manually every month or so "just to be sure" after all I am a microbiologist). Preset spray alignments, sprayer oscillates, adjustable, effective dryer - check, check, check. All via a remote mounted conveniently on the wall next to me. I once clumsily broke the remote and had a new one shipped and received in 2 days. Only problem now is I hate going to the toilet anywhere else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is great for a medium sized toilet don’t recommend for a small or large. (Pics for more reference). Sea sit for heated seat is nice and works well doesn’t eat too much electricity (unsure how long it’ll last until it breaks one day). The width from side to side is about 15 inches
For length it goes from the edge of inner toilet to top of toilet (pic for reference) is about 16 inches long (length) wise.
