[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this for at least five years and it is still doing exactly what it has been doing all along. Frankly, i am surprised it has lasted this long. It is well worth the money with its functional flexibility.I do think the seat top is too flimsy. mine has been broken for some time and i finally decided to replace it rather than the whole unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Bidet with most of the features I want.

I originally bought the SB-1000 E/W about 5 years ago, and it has worked well until now. It has recently started to malfunction, and I and will buy the same SB-1000 seat again to replace it, as it is a good model with most of the features I want.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had the Smart Bidet in our guest bathroom for many years. Our guests love the warm seat. Recently the lid has stopped functioning. We are glad to know that there are replacement parts.
Our main bathroom has a Toto automatic seat with nightlight. We didn't need that for a bathroom that is used less.
Very happy and have shared thr model with friends and family who have asked where we purchased.
