Lid lasted for 7 years

This review is specifically for the toilet seat cover. I love the soft close function and that it is easy to wipe down. Howerver, the part of the lid that connects to the soft close mechanism started to crack after 7 years of use. I'm glad I'm able to order a replacent part but that area of the cover could also be reinforced.

I've had my seat for several years and nothing has gone wrong with the product. I love it and the only reason I have to order a new lid is someone sat down on it while it was closed. There are only two people in my household and my wife swears she didn't do it. HA! HA! Happy wife happy life. Really this is a great product as long as you do not set down on it while the lid is down!!!!

This product was easy to install and maintenance has been a breeze.Ive had this product for two years and so far the only repair has been the lid, which cracked on the side of the lid damper.
