I’ve had mine for four years and it still works great! The lid is definitely more fragile but I’ve only had to buy a replacement once so far.

I absolutely love my SmartBidet seat! The wireless remote is easy to use, with adjustable settings for water pressure, temperature, and nozzle position.
I highly recommend the SmartBidet.

Bought this bidet six years ago. It is still working fine. The only problem is the top lid cover broke off & the opposite side hinge is cracked. so i am ordering a replacement lid. If the entire unit failed after six years of use, I would buy it again.

Bidets are better than TP when they work

Bidet has been a welcome change to the home. So much better than TP. However, after 3 years the wash arm motor seems to be giving out and the arm will not extend. Need to try to replace with a new motor. Hopefuly that fixes it.

Overall, we've been very happy with the Smartbidet. The controls are mounts in a convenient location and all the functions work well. This works so well, we bought a second bidet for the guest bathroom.
