I HAVE A PLUMBING BUSSINESSS AND I HAAVE BOUGHT 6 OF THESE SB1000 AND ALL MY CUSTOMERS LOVE THEM AND I HAVE TWO ON THEM IN MY OWEN HOUSE.

Loving the toilet seat for the past 4 years. Have an issue with the solenoid valve but Smart Bidet makes it easy to order a replacement part.

We have owned this SmartBidet (SB-1000) for a couple of years now, and it has easily been one of the best upgrades we’ve made to our bathroom.
The heated seat and adjustable water temperature features are an absolute game-changer, especially during the colder months. It’s incredibly user-friendly, and the remote control makes it easy to adjust the water pressure and nozzle position to exactly where you need it. We've been thoroughly happy with its performance and reliability over the last two years.
It does exactly what it's supposed to do, and we honestly can't imagine going back to a regular toilet seat. Highly recommend!

Love my bidet seat

I bought this seat just prior to Covid starting. It was a game changer at that point. It’s lasted this long. I’ve never had a problem with it until now that I need a replacement because it broke. It’s still open and closes. It’s just a soft close feature that doesn’t work anymore.

I love this bidet- it has been everything I needed. The only downside is the soft-close lid cracks really easily. Other than that there are plenty of options, and I love the seat warming ability. It is easy to clean and looks great.
