Great bidet, fragile lid

The bidet works great. The lid, however is fragile. Every year or so a guest will attempt to force it closed and the damping mechanism breaks. Gluing it back is useless, so you'll need to buy another lid.

Great bidet but be careful with lid

Excellent bidet, better flow than others I’ve tried, and the heat works well. The only problem is that the lid is weak at the hinges and has snapped multiple times, and replacements are overpriced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m going on 4 years with this bidet and it’s been incredible! It’s easy to install and use. The dryer feature is another wonderful feature.

Long lasting and great

We purchased a sd1000 over 7 years ago and it is still going strong (just needs new remote). Because our sons like it so much we gave them each one when they moved out and they have both moved it with them.

A keeper / survived a flood!

I love my SB1000WE! Our house flooded during a storm, and took on 2 1/2 ft. Of water throughout. Our Smart Bidet was one of the few things that survived, and I was thrilled. I have throughly loved my Smart Bidet! Bren
