I bought 2 units 6 years ago & they both worked fine until 1 started dripping last month & the turbo stopped working. I'll need a new main body for this one. but overall, I'm happy with this product.

We are senior citizen so we did not want something complicated to install. The Smart Bidet was easy to install and works very well. We would recommend it to anyone thinking of getting a bidet to try this product. You will be glad you did.

This was our original controller which which we’ve use for many years. As we’ve gotten older this bidet unit has been exceptionally beneficial in maintaining proper hygiene and comfort. Sometimes it’s small but important details that add to the quality of life.

After hearing so much about the benefits of bidets, we finally got one when we had our bathroom remodeled. Story short, we're now bidet apostles. I find myself evangelizing about the great bidet and its life-changing effects. Highly recommended!

DON'T LEAN BACK!

The bidet is very good, and a great value. The lid is less durable, however. You must be EXTREMELY vigilant about NOT leaning back against the lid! They already tell you not to sit on it, but leaning on it is just as bad. We were pretty careful with it, and the lid has lasted eight years in two houses.
