Malfunctioning nozzle

I bought it approximately 4years ago and it worked acceptably well.
Recently the nozzle wouldn’t retracted & it needs to be repaired.

Disappointing.

I have had 2 SB 100 units, and they worked great. The SB-2400 is severely underpowered. Does not have a turbo feature. Not to mention that the remote control went south after about three years of limited use. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
