I have liked my SB for years (purchased in 2019), but the seat failed and then the replacement seat failed after only a few months. Additionally, the strength of the water flow has decreased slightly, but overall I have felt like this product was a solid investment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Features and comparable to other name brands

This is the second one that I purchased. The first one lasted about 4 years, which is really good for a bidet. Once you buy one, you will never go back to live without one.
The remote is easy to use and figure out and all the features are great.

Replacement parts last several years depending on use.

I’ve had two of these seats until I realized there were replacement parts. Since then I have done the required troubleshooting and parts ordering, then removal/reinstallation for a fraction of the price. The YouTube video helped tremendously with the spray nozzle R&R.
Moving parts last a few years, so not too bad. The spray nozzle last a good 6-7 years with daily use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this back in July 2024. Replacing the remote now, but everything else has worked so great. this bidet is well worth the money. I always wish I had my bidet with me when I'm on trips away from home.
