Lid Design Flaw

I am purchasing my 3rd replacement part: "SB-2000WE - Elongated Lid Part Only" because the plastic consistently cracks at the right hinge side where it says ABS, for no good reason. Seems this is an area that should be reinforced considering the high price just for a lid.

Great seat, lid needs to be redesigned

This device has become indispensable in our household and has worked flawlessly with no issues for two years, but as so many others have stated there is a design flaw with the lid. This is my first replacement it cracks at the hinge and the soft clothes no longer closes softly
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bougth the SB 1000 back in February of 2023. My wife had a shoulder opperation and could not do the normal things on the throne. The Smartbidet saved the day. It has performed way beyond epectations and I love it too. Great value compared to other higher priced products.

A great value for the money

We bought the SB1000 back in March of 2023. My wife had a shoulder replacement, and she needed the assistance that the bidet would provide. I saw other brands that cost much more and performed the same functions. I decided upon the Smartbidet SB1000. We were not disappointed. Great value and great performance.

We’ve had this bidet for over 7 years and it still works great. We love it. We will be replacing the soft close lid though, as the plastic on one side cracked so it doesn’t soft close anymore.
I would recommend this to a friend!
