This bidet has been a joy to use. It was easy to install, and I haven't had a single issue with the operation. Warm water on demand isn't something I ever thought I'd need, but after experiencing this, I don't think I could go back!

I have had my Smart Bidet since September of 2023 and can't remember life without it! It has been one of my best purchases ever. It works beautifully and has paid for itself by all the toilet paper I haven't needed to buy. And heated seat?? You don't know what you've been missing out on!

I bought this about three years ago, and the remote stopped working completely. I've tried switching the batteries, but the lights are super dim and pressing any/all of the buttons don't work. I've also tried unplugging and replugging the main unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
