We bought the SB-2000 during Covid, our entire family has converted to bidet users. Now 6 years later the cleaning wand has stopped extending, I assumed the entire unit would be trash, but I found this site and amazingly they sell parts, so I will be repairing this for less than half of the original price. Thanks

I purchased my bidet 2 years ago and have used it 2 or 3 times daily and had no problems other than getting a new remote. I love it!

Great seat, bad lid

Great seat but flimsy cover

We love our Bidget seat but the cover has already cracked and broke. Very flimsy and cheap. Is it worth it to get a new seat cover if they break so FAST? See others have had trouble with this. But we do use the Bidet seat and very happy so far with that. But it needs a better cover!

I love my SmartBidet. I feel so much cleaner after use, and the heated seat is wonderful, especially in the morning. Can't and won't go back to life without a bidet!
