I HAVE A PLUMBING BUSSINESSS AND I HAAVE BOUGHT 6 OF THESE SB1000 AND ALL MY CUSTOMERS LOVE THEM AND I HAVE TWO ON THEM IN MY OWEN HOUSE.

We have 3 Smart Bidets in our home. The first one we bought for our previous home about 8 years ago and loved it so much when we built our new home we bought 2 more! Love them!

This bidet seat was recommended by my son who installed one in his daughter's bathroom. I've had mine for only a week but am well satisfied. I should have gotten one years ago.

Great when it works

Great when it works. Only issue I have had, is I have had to replace the main body component 19 months into use due to nozzle seal starts leaking causing tank to drain out. And this issue happened right after the one year warranty ran out.

We own 4 of these seats in my two homes and always realize I cant live without them when traveling around the country. My family laughed when I put the first one in my house in 2020 but after they used it they saw why I chose this brand and style.

Purchased the SB-1000WE in April of 2024 and it has been a great investment for comfort. 3 years of regular usage and still working.
