I bought this over 7 years ago and it’s a game changer. All features work as advertised. I definitely would recommend it. The turbo mode is so far undefeated

Great bidet, faulty lid

Not sure if it’s because it’s the elongated version but bought this bidet only 2 years ago and it broke vs the previous round bidet I had that felt like it lasted way longer. Have no complaints with the bidet since it’s been great but wish the lid was built with better durability.

I've had the bidet for 8.5 years literally best investment I've made heated seat, heated water the different for options, if it ever breaks( hasn't in 8.5 years) I would immediately replace with another from this company.

Had this bidet for several years and overall great. Nozzle is not fully extending after cleaning so will probably need to replace the nozzle moteor.

I bought this 6 years ago. It is still working altlhough the hinge on the lid broke. You can buy a new lid for it.

I have had this seat since 2017 and it works Great. The water Jet cleans me so good the toilet paper is still white after I clean myself

We have had this Bidet two to four years and it works well and is a joy to use. The water is nice and warm. The targeting algorithm is laser focused. Much better way to clean up. I feel better and more rested throughout the day.
