We have been using our smart bidet for over 5 years now. We absolutely love it! The heated seat is lovely during the winter and the blow dryer is convenient for women that time of the month.

I have owned this SB100E/W for about 8 years. I have been happy with it's operation and would recommend it. The only complaint is the durability of the seat portion as it cracks over time.

This was our first bidet seat. And we are hooked. When we go out and we need to use the facilities, the lack of a bidet seat is jarring.
This seat is easy to install, very intuitive to use and does a very good job cleaning. The remote is very handy and it has excellent battery life.

I have had 2 smart bidets and have loved them! Unfortunately my turbo button on the old remote just stopped working so I need a replacement. But from what I can tell, it should be no issue.
