My review is for the SB1000, which we have had for several years, and are just now in need of the first replacement part (anchor). We had other, budget (cheap) bidets before buying this one, and what a difference!

I have this bidet and love it SB 1000. I broke the seat and need a new one. I was leaning on it when cleaning behind the commode.

We absolutely love this bidet! Love the heated seats and warm water. Also like how you can adjust the pressure. Overall a great product except for the lid. Our broke after 6 years so better than others but still a design flaw that should be fixed. Otherwise we are super happy.
