I got this bidet years ago when I had a double mastectomy and I wasn’t able to reach where I needed to and I didn’t want anybody to do it for me. I will never go without having one of your bidets

A Good product

I'm a almost 90 years old divorced after 53 years and the maintenance man that installed My Smart Bidet 2000 did not follow the instructions that shows how to install this bidet correctly.
Because of this the plastic Base Plate, Bolt Case along with the hardware of cone Washers Nuts and attaching bolts, shifted and broke the main base components

Guest loved the Smart Bidet

I have had this bidet for 3 years, had it in my guest bathroom and switched the bidet’s from the one I had in my bathroom, after guest were saying how wonderful the Smart Bidet was.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lid design flaw

We have two Smart Bidets in our home, same model. The first seat lid, in our master bath, snapped in the exact same place as noted here. Now the second seat snapped a year later in the same place. Clearly the soft close lid design is flawed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
