Great features and mode.

I bought this bidet over 2 years ago and it’s been good in terms of providing in a sanitary and clean experience.
However the slow closing lid has failed and now slams. This is what prevented it from being a 5 star. I think it’s the way it’s designed that caused this to happen or the stresses but either way, you will have to replace it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is so awesome and my buns are so cozy and toasty. Makes doing the business an absolute delight. I used to HATE using the bathroom but now I’m actually excited. Fantastic design and nice design. The design is very good as well. Wish it was able to handle harsh chemicals though I do like using harsh chemicals. Shame but honestly totally worth it because this is such a good bidet. Thanks for cleaning me up c:

Needs a new main body unit which I’m replacing now

Grey product for a great price although you will need to replace it approximately every three years. I’ve had seven of them over the course of the last five years and while they are great products, eventually you will need to replace a part of the unit which will not be under warranty, and it will be significantly more economical to just replace the whole thing. I still enjoy the product. I think it’s really good, but I wish they lasted longer than 3 years

I have purchased a SB-1000 BIDET for each of my three bathrooms. They work great, but the older style remote control has gone out of two of them. I am happy to say that Smart Bidet is a reliable company and replacement remotes are readily available.

I love my SMART BIDET! It is probably one of the top three things I love best about our house! I feel so much better using it especially after returning from vacations when I don’t have one!
