I bought this Bidet 10 years ago, yes, Sept 2016. It has been fantastic and has held up great! I super highly recommend.

Warm water, variable pressures, mostly self cleaning!

We bought a Smart Bidet 2 years ago. We love ours! Turbo setting is a bit much though, haha! Lost the remote moving, so I wish there were a manual way to use it. But still a great bidet so I'm buying a replacement remote anyways!

I purchased one 3 years ago for my home and another last year for our summer residence. It was great but had freezing damage during the winter months. So, I am ordering the part to repair it.

Every bathroom should come with a smartbidet as a standard! We have it in our master bathroom and are looking at installing it in all bathrooms. Been using it for 5+ years.

I bought this bidet after doing much research on so many different styles and the way they would operate the way this has the remote control is the best I have found. I don’t want anything mounted to my vanity, but having this discreetly on the side of the tank and the way the bidet has operated. I’ve never had a glitch. It’s comfortable. It’s quiet. It’s not big and bulky like some of the bidets you will find it’s very sleek fit … Perfect! 😊

Design flaw in lid

The bidet works great. However, the design flow in the lid needs to be addressed. Replacement lid is quite expensive for a plastic lid.
