I purchased the bidet for my wife and she says it is the best gift i ever bought her. She loves it should have made the purchase a lot earlier.

I bought this bidet over 2 years ago and it’s been good in terms of providing in a sanitary and clean experience.
However the slow closing lid has failed and now slams. This is what prevented it from being a 5 star. I think it’s the way it’s designed that caused this to happen or the stresses but either way, you will have to replace it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product, just needs a better remote

I really like this product! I love the heated water and various pressure settings. I love how easy it has been to move with me when I’ve moved apartments, and I love the design. My only complaint is the remote breaking. It lasted a year or so, but the most used button broke after wearing down the metallic coating on the inside of the button. I had to use a needle to get it to work, and now it doesn’t work at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bidet worked well. However, the remote crapped (pun intended) out after 2 years of use. Replacing batteries didn't help. Was told to just buy a new remote. Let's see if that helps.

Bought SmartBidet in 2020 absolutely love it. I dropped the remote and need to order replacement, can’t believe how much I miss it.

I love the fresh clean feeling of having used a bidet as opposed to using smearing toilet paper. Surprisingly, I really love the heated seats in the winter, it is a game changer!

best option for lesser-abled users

The remote has failed after three years.
The Bidet worked great.
I believe the seat still works great.
This is the best option for lesser-abled users who need the help of an attendant.
This is because the remote can be operated by the attendant without needing to reach into the seat or other awkward position.
Plenty of options for seat and water temp as well as pressure and direction.
