This phone is really small. Smallest Samsung phone out there! I prefer a larger phone. And, it seems like if you barely touch it, it pulls up a random.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you reaching out to us, Rich. We see that you are reaching out concerning your S23 in call volume. We are always here to help! The first thing we want to do in this case is ensure that your phone is up to date with the latest software update and then try again. If this does not do the job we will need to troubleshoot. First, remove all connected devices and make sure there are no Bluetooth connections. Now, go to settings, and tap Sounds and Vibration. Then tap Volume and slide the bar to adjust the volume to your preferred level for each type of sound. I will be attaching a link to help provide more options to troubleshoot. I bought this a few months ago and I am really happy with it. This phone has been through a lot it was dropped in water and fell on the ground without a case on and it is still working as a matter of fact I am using it right now And it also has an awsome camera a lto of people I know have apples and they always make me take the pictures

Similar to the s21 and easy to use. I like the size as I have small, arthritic hands. The switching process took longer than expected. I also wish the battery life was longer. I use my phone for work a lot. Overall, the condition was good.
