Missing charger

I changed services 2 weeks ago and the charger that came with it don’t fit so now I have to go look for a charger smh

I rate this product 2 stars because after 2 onths the thing DIED. i bought a new because i needed a phone for work. the phone is nice, and everything is great. but the fact that it died and i had to send it in to repair worries me. It was all under warranty but having the motherboard die after 2 months really really worries me.

Can't use USB-C headphones!

Ongoing software issue with volume controls. Needs addressing! Volume randomly adjust sitself to off/mute everytime I use my new USB-C headphones. I am using the new skullcandy set with boosted bass. Have tried ALL the troubleshooting techniqes EXCEPT for factory resetting. Not even sure THAT will fix the problem.

Be warey of samsung phones. They did an update about a month ago since then, my phone has dialed 911 in my pocket while locked twice. I turned off the settings that were supposedly responsible and still have the issue. The police department told me they had 500 incendents in 2 days of samsung phones pocket dialing after the update. And I Iive in the country, not a city. Frustrating! I love my phone till the update issues, what good is a phone I can't carry in my pocket.

I'm having so many issues with this phone and I love Samsung Galaxy phones. It has to many bugs and it's been that way since I got it a few months ago
