S23 is a downgrade from earlier Samsung phone.. Had an S8 that was more user friendly... You removed features long term users were accustom to... Taking screenshots is ridiculous.. three buttons on one side... No volume control on individual notifications... Installed apps that you cannot uninstall i.e. Samsung Store. I do NOT want this phone monitoring anything I do.. how long I use it or proffering purchases or hints ... This phone is a clear case where newer is definitely NOT better ..

We realize that making the transition to a new device can feel a puzzling at times. In case you were unaware, we offer a plethora of resources that our customers can take advantage of to help with any learning curve they may have. We currently offer interactive simulators and video tutorials to help you get to know your new device and its features and we also offer device manuals and software updates, if you find yourself in need of those as well. As you know, you are able to capture an image of your screen by pressing and releasing the Side button and Volume down button of your Galaxy S23. If this is uncomfortable for you, you can also capture an image of the screen by swiping the edge of your hand across it, from side to side, keeping in contact with the screen. 1. From Settings, tap Advanced features > Motions and gestures > Palm swipe to capture. 2. Tap to enable this feature. You can prioritize and streamline app alerts by changing which apps send notifications and how notifications alert you. For your convenience, I have included a link to your device manual so that you may easily customize your device settings to your liking. My phone drops calls right in the middle of conversations....some calls sound tinny and some calls are garbled. When someone calls me, the call goes right to voicemail and people have to call 2 or 3 times for call to connect. We have 3 other S23's and they are fine, but my particular phone is a piece of junk.

Nice size

I bought this phone to replace the Galaxy S9. I did not want a huge phone and this was one of the few options that is smaller. It is working well with a one big exception. The Bluetooth features don’t work correctly. When connected to my car, the phone makes a phantom phone call to itself that doesn’t appear in the call history. It also stays connected to the car after I leave the car. Also, the Bluetooth connection to my earbuds fades out after about 30 seconds. Looking online, I see that these problems are known to Samsung, so I would expect that they would correct them. I tried various solutions provided in forums, with no success. Samsung, please fix this to make the phone fully functional.
