Flexible blade and just the right feel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just the right amount of flexible. Very comfortable and classic grip. Was concerned it was too heavy at first but the weight actually helps with keeping your blade sliding nice and continuously. No complaints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taken care of, these knives will last a lifetime. I absolutely love these knives. In fact my wife accidentally broke the tip off my chef’s knife. She thought I’d want a divorce over it she was so worried. I was just glad she didn’t get hurt when it was dropped. Highly recommended for anyone who is a foodie and can appreciate a high quality knife.
