This is a very comfortable cleaver for such a sturdy tool. Not as heavy as you might think!
It's got a lot of balance for what looks like a heavy blade. Really like using this for cutting my chicken into pieces. It's also convenient to use for a lot of veggie prep! If you turn the blade away from you, you can use it like a bench scraper!! Good to have this on hand.

Great size cleaver

This cleaver is not as daunting in size, but still gets the job done of cutting through big pieces of meat, produce with little effort needed. It has a nice weight to it and the curved bolster really helps with gripping such a big blade. A great addition to any kitchen.

Perfect knife for cutting through bones and tendons. Easily break down a chicken or slab of ribs. Comes in handy for cutting hard butternut squash and smashing garlic. Pro curved bolster promotes pinch grip for safety and control.

This meat cleaver is GREAT! It's heavy and well balanced and cuts through chicken bones like butter. I've only had it a week and already it's made my life in the kitchen easier. I look forward to using it as I prepare a rack of ribs this week and some winter squash.
