Great product! It easily cuts lamb chops, whole chicken, and goat into curry-sized pieces. It cuts through the bones cleanly without shredding or splintering them. Very sturdy and works exactly as expected. Highly recommended!

Really impressed with this meat cleaver. It has a great weight and feels very well balanced in the hand, which makes it comfortable and controlled to use. The blade has enough weight behind it to penetrate and chop through bone effectively without requiring excessive force.

Perfect butcher knife for thin fish steaks

The ergonomic knife handle was perfect to penetrate a big bone piece and cut it into perfect Slices. The bone penetration was perfect and the edge sharpness retention has been wonderful so far. The design makes it easier to balance the knife and make thin and even cuts. This is our first knife with zwilling family and love to buy more!
