Very Sturdy

Perhaps the best Meat Cleaver on the market. Nice and heavy, and sturdy enough to go through meat and poultry bones for Bone Broth. German high carbon steel which is the gold standard for quality cutlery. Zwilling special formula steel has a lifetime warranty which is unheard of.
I would recommend this to a friend!

not to big but gets the job done

A cleaver dosen't have to be huge to get the job done. THis one is the perfect size. I feel fully in control of the blade at all times . It makes quick work of spatchcocking a chicken for the grill. The solid German construction and forged German steel give me confidence as I go through bone.
