[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter bought this product and was raving about it, so I bought it and I am surprised at how well it chops everything. The previous products like this I have had in the past did not seem to have as much quality as this one. I believe this one will last me a good while.

Nice balance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weight and balance is superb. That's why I have used Zwilling knives. This cleaver has a sure grip, good weight and balance for it's size. Great for chopping up chicken and other items when you don't want to use a chef's knife.
