Great meat cleaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to a Chinese meat cleaver I’m used to, this is slightly heavier and thicker, and slightly shorter. It is sharp and does it job on meat and bones. Looking forward to using it more.

Falling in love with cooking again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! That's all I have to say. I own my share of Shun and Wusthof knives, but was enticed to try our Zwillings heavy duty meat cleaver. What a beast! This thing is so solid in hand and I feel extra confident in getting through meat and bones without an issue. The moment I took it out of the package, I wanted to start chopping everything in sight. You will absolutely love this cleaver and the quality feel behind it. I have a feeling this will live up to every challenge I throw at it and more. Nice job Zwillings! You've got my attention away from japanese steel and back to the Germans!

The Cleaver Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. We cook a lot of Butts and do a lot of Chopped pork. The feel of this knife is awsome. I was not going to purchase it until I took it out of the box and held it.
