Excellent Knife

I’ve Wanted This Knife Forever!

This 6 inch Four Star Chef’s Knife is perfect for my smaller hands. It made the first onion I cut feel like I was cutting butter! I am in heaven. Don’t put off buying this knife like I did. Buy it today!

Great Intro to the world of amazing knives

But I was always afraid to splurge on knives because In didn’t see how that could possibly be true. But this knife is amazing, and has become my work horse in the kitchen. I cook so much more now that I have a knife that stands up to anything I’ve thrown at it. Love it!

Always a Great Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good weight and balance. Ergonomic and slip proof handle. Takes some skill to sharpen the knife, but it's edge lasts a very long time. Extremely durable (I've dropped it - never try to catch a falling knife). Fits my hand nicely and is comfortable to use for long periods of time.
