My daily go-to knife for about 30 years

Great balance, holds an edge very well, yet easy to sharpen. The handle fits my hand better than any other knife I have owned. I have the 6- 8- and 10-inch versions, and just ordered the 7-inch one to round out my collection. The steel stays bright and does not rust.
I use my 6-inch Chef's knife so often that I keep it out on the counter at all times. It never goes into my knife drawer. The longer ones come out for special occasions.
I really can't think of any way to improve on the 4-star knives.

Recently broke my six inch knife and needed a replacement. I've had a Zwilling set for 20 years and was super happy to get this. Good balance and sharp as all get out. Great knife.

At long last I have a knife with a wide grip which is perfect for my aging hands. It is so very comfortable. The blade is just the right length for many processes. And, it is incredibly sharp! I have used it everyday since it arrived. This is my favorite knife ever, and I have many.
