I asked for this knife as a gift for Christmas. I am totally in love with it. The size, stability of the knife and the overall performance is a A+ in my book. High quality and I feel like a super chef when I use it.

Sometimes you just need a smaller chef's knife and this Four Star 6" is a really quality option. The Four Star handle is extra comfortable promising a controlled grip and optimum maneuverability. And the sharpness of the German-forged blade will seamlessly cut through anything.

Everyone needs a good chef knife. This 6" a great option for someone who has been intimidated by an 8" chef. Made in Germany, forged, comfortable handle. Great knife for any job.

I have been using this 4 star line for over 10 years. The 6 inch knife is durable and sharp. Great production from this mini chefs knife. I really like the smooth handle. Very comfortable. The full bolster offers stability and a resting spot for my thumb and index finger while chopping. this is a good choice for young chefs who want an intro to a quality western knife from Germany.

No kitchen should be without a good chef's knife. This German forged knife with comfortable molded handle, is an excellent choice. Personal preference determines which size. While the 6" chef's knife may appear small to some, those with smaller hands and young budding chef's may find it suits them fine for almost all their cutting tasks.

Great Knife! Light & Sharp!

This 6" chef knife is perfect for someone like me, with a smaller hand to be able to control the knife better and not overwhelmed with the size.This knife is forged from a single piece of solid steel, well balance, and well made German steel knife. It is full a tang, eye catching rivets on the handle and it secures your hand in place when prepping food. The knives' laser-controlled edge is incredibly sharp and durable.

This chefs knife is a great size for everyday tasks. I love the Four Star line they are pretty lightweight for forged knives. I’ve had Four Stars 12-14 years and they all still look like new!

Four Star is a classic! On the market since the 1970's this knife has stood the test of time and still looks fresh and relevant.
The molded handle feels secure and fits nicely into the hand. The balance is great and the edge stays sharp due to the ice-hardening process.
