[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Long time user of zwillings professional s line. I think the professional line has same quality and feel but allows for better pinch hold and rocking motion while cutting. Very sharp holds sharpness.

Best paring knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Friends have owned these knifes and I was thought they were too expensive to own. Found out that was not true. Enjoy cooking but hated knifes that could never stay sharp. This paring knife is well balanced and finely crafted. Will be the go to knife in our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried other knives, and the Professional is very comfortable, super sharp and the 4 inch is a perfect size. (That’s not what she said!) I prefer the old, more slender shape. Overall great value for the longevity and durability.
