THE PAIRING KNIFE IS THE CORRECT UTENSIL FOR TRIMMING AND SCORING BRUSSEL SPROUTS AS I PREPARE THEM FOR STEAMING AND THEN AIR FRYING THEM FOR A PERFECT VEGTABLE TO ACCOMPANY MY MEATLOAF DINNER. I USE THE BLADE & THE TIP TO CLEAN & THEN X-SCORE EACH SPROUT SO THEY COOK TO PROFECTION. A WONDERFUL KNIFE!
