Great Paring Knife

I've been using this knife for about 2 years, and it sharpens beautifully and is a workhorse in my kitchen. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m replacing the same knife we lost. I’m not sure how one loses a knife but we did. I accidentally ordered a Henckle paring knife. It is not nearly as good of a knife so I returned for the Zwilling.
