I love the Pro line and have the complete line on a few magnetic bars in my kitchen. I like to keep them where they are close at hand for whatever job I am working on in the kitchen, there will be a perfect knife for that job on my bar. One of our most popular lines with the curved bolster which supports the pinch grip. This grip provides the safest way to hold a knife and less stress on the wrist.

This is simply the best paring knife in the industry. angled bolster to get into cut...fully forged and perfectly curved blade for all kinds of cuts

Great little paring knife

I pull this knife out whenever I need to peel anything. I use it all summer to take the skin off of peaches and to cut them off the pit. I love how the handle is super comfortable and I can still hold it firmly, even when my hands are wet.

I love this knife for paring because the curved bolster lets me get right up on that blade and gives me the best control of the blade for paring! perfectly weighted and sharp as can be, this knife perfectly suits my needs for paring, and I do a lot of that!

The Best German-made Pairing Knife

This is the best pairing knife I have ever had. It is perfectly balanced, three riveted handle, comfortable curved bolster, sharp, and cuts like butter. I use this for everything! You couldn't buy a better pairing knife.

This pairing knife fits perfectly in my hand and the blade is extremely sharp so It cuts through vegetables and peels with ease. I have a couple pairing knives but this is the one I reach for first every time.
