[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve long meant to purchase a Zwilling knife and this does not disappoint. This is definitely a case of getting what you pay for. It’s not an exaggeration to say this knife is a joy to use. I intend to add to the collection over time.

I grab this knife for almost everything I do in the kitchen. It's just the right size for all my kitchen chores. Peels potatoes, skins tomatoes, slices, dices, minces and even chops.
Would much rather use this then a bigger bulkier knife, it just makes me feel more in control!

the design makes a difference

As a seasoned cook I know that a pairing knife is used for shaping and peeling products in hand. This design is perfect. The cuve where the handle and blade meet make it very comfortable to hold in my hand and the blade legnth makes it ideal for all my peeling needs. Once again a quality German product from Zwilling.
