Best knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 40 years ago, when I was cooking professionally, I bought my first set of Henkel knives. I still use them every day at home, and keep them nice and sharp. Now circumstances have conspired to give us a smaller second home close to family we can visit. So. New knives. This 4" parer is larger than my old 3" one. I choose it to add to my second set's versatility, not wanting the expense of recreating my entire home set. I'm glad I did, it's great.

Bought as a replacement for my previous german paring knife. Would highly recommend this

The moment I took it out of the very well-packaged container I knew I had the knife I had been searching for! The weight was a perfect balance, and the feel was warm and nice. I easily sliced and peeled veggies. I’ll be buying more from this brand immediately

This 4 inch paring knife is a must have. Every kitchen needs one for small jobs like peeling potatoes, apples and other vegetables. Stays nice and sharp, and easy to maintain with a honing steel. Great grip, and curved bolster feels great when using.
