[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Professional “S” collection the best but there is no dissatisfaction in any Henckles knife. I use them all the time everyday and I am lost without them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pro line knives are made with exceptional quality. I was had high expectations for a higher teir knife and was not disappointed. Super sharp edge makes cutting feel like those chef tv shows. I hope to use these knives for years to come
