Love this Knife!

Great line of knives

Finally but the bullet

Zwilling has a long history of crafting knives and I really wanted a new paring knife. This knife handle is sleek and slim. Perfect for my small hands and my partner who has big hands. Holds sharpness well. Agile, sleek and really a great overall paring knife.

Trimming and preparing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is easy to handle when paring small fruits and vegetables. But it has also come in very handy for trimming wild game. Used it to trim silver skin from antelope back straps. Clean and efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This paring knife is a replacement for our 17 piece knife block set. The original one had a burr on its cutting edge. We are very happy that the empty slot in the block is now filled with this little work horse of a knife. Due to COVID it did take longer than expected, but want to thank Zwilling for honoring their warranty!
