Powerful little guy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife was a replacement for another that somehow disappeared. I loved that knife. So functional. Fit my hand just right. Did a lot of prep with that thing. And now it’s spot in my knife rack is taken once again. Really looking forward to putting this little guy back to work!

Very sharp, Balanced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 8” professional S and the 4” pro. Both knives are beautiful. I received them very sharp. They both are very balanced and feel firm and solid in the hand. I have used them to chop vegetables and large pieces of beef and pork. Although I have many knives in my collection, these are now my “go to” knives.
