Great knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this knife as a gift. I love it. It's easy to hold, has a very keen edge, and cuts beautifully. The knife has a nice weight to it. I feel like my kitchen went up a scale or two having these beautiful knives in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am about to embark on a continuous series of fundamental and eventually more advanced cooking classes. As such, it was necessary to purchase the requisite products for my new career as "Home Chef". I had been using the same old knives for as long as I can remember but thought I should upgrade now. The Paring Knife (4 inch) sliced through the vegetables with such ease I kicked myself for not buying one sooner. I will continue purchasing your products as they are obviously made with exceptional care and make cooking a pleasure.

4” paring knife

Comfortable in my hand and easy to wash, and SO MUCH BETTER than any knife I’ve owned. Looking forward to receiving the rest of my order.
