Durable, comfortable to use and holds a sharp edge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I added this paring knife to my collection of other Zwilling Pro knives. It is a high quality knife that comes with and retains its very sharp edge. Our kids are jealous after using it on vegetables!

This has became my go-to knife. Perfect size for most kitchen work, no signs of dulling yet, good weight and size, and my hands don't fatigue from having to grip it hard or force it through anything.
