Sharp and controllable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sharp and easy to use. Able to create very thin slices of vegetables which is what I was looking for when I purchased it. Have other sharp knives but needed something smaller and this fits well in my hand.

Perfect balance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most used knife in the kitchen! This knife is perfectly balanced, weight and size for 80% of the jobs in the kitchen. It keeps it sharpness for a long time and then is easy to sharpen again. If I had to have only one knife this would be it, followed closely with the chef's knife.

Just the Right Size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is comfortable to grip and cuts cleanly and smoothly through raw vegetables and raw meat. It is perfect for smaller cutting tasks. It has remains sharp and cleans up easily with soap and water.
