[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife looked really nice coming out of the box and had a pretty sharp edge, but as I started to use it, the weight is definitely shifted more into the handle than I like. It makes the tip feel a little harder to handle, and doesn't feel as precise. But the biggest problem I found with it is that only after a month of use it's already staining and rusting, and this is stainless steel. So, I will be contacting Zwilling about this because that shouldn't be happening.
I will say on the positive side though, this knife handles cutting large chunks of meat and lots of vegetables really well. The only problem I've had chopping something is with slippery foods or onions. In the case of onions, I found that while the knife can cut through them easily, the tip of the knife kind of gets stuck because it's so thin and all the weight is in the handle. So I find myself having to pull the knife out with a little more force than I like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This quality knife will retain a sharp edge longer than most other chef's knives. I have yet to re-sharpen it and use it daily.
