I wanted an affordable, quality, chef's knife for daily cooking at home. I've watched lots of YouTube videos and did research for good chef's knife for me. I pinpointed down to the Zwilling Pro 8 inch 'Traditional.'
It's razor sharp right out of the box. I have large hands and it is very comfortable to hold, especially with the 'pinch grip.' I love the look and feel of this knife. It definitely feels like quality that will last decades.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was tired of using subpar knives that I worried about safety. I did my research and found these online. I’m so happy I found a store where I could actually see and handle them in person! Totally made up my mind! These will be the last knives I ever purchase.
