Heavy duty and sharp knife!

This knife is ergonomic and extremely sharp out of the box. I am excited to have a full tang knife that is stiffer than my Japanese chef’s knife for heavy duty kitchen tasks.

I wanted an affordable, quality, chef's knife for daily cooking at home. I've watched lots of YouTube videos and did research for good chef's knife for me. I pinpointed down to the Zwilling Pro 8 inch 'Traditional.'
It's razor sharp right out of the box. I have large hands and it is very comfortable to hold, especially with the 'pinch grip.' I love the look and feel of this knife. It definitely feels like quality that will last decades.
