This 20mm Pro Traditional Chef’s knife is an engineering masterpiece and a work of art. Perfect balance, incredible sharpness, weight hand feel and ergonomics that I know will last a lifetime.

The blade is very sharp the traditional is definitely better for me in my opinion for the style of cutting I use. This is a daily use kitchen knife for me and it the balance on the handle is amazing.

It has a great weight and feel. Always appreciate the quality of a true German knife. Very sharp but that is expected. I expected to hold an edge as well as my other Hinkle knives.
