A bit heavy but still comfortable in my hand, I look forward to prepping up a storm with this beauty.

Decided on a 8” Traditional Chef Knife. The size is great. Not too large. Not too small. Good size for my needs. Balance is spot on and using pinch grip felt very natural. Highly recommend if you want to upgrade to your first professional knife.
