“It will cut”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thing is so sharp out of the box i accidentally cut the kitchen sponge while hand washing it. It was between this and the Wusthof classic. I love the handle and balance. I am glad I went with this one. The arched bolster is a much more comfortable hand hold for me.

First “real” knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After an easy unpackaging and cleaning this knife was gliding through onions. The ergonomic handle felt equally at home in my large hand as my partners smaller hand. I can’t recommend this enough it’s the best knife I’ve ever used.
