I feel like a real chef now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this knife makes me feel like I’m a real chef now! It’s so sturdy, strong and contoured in all the right places but not some weird ergonomic grip just a nice strong hand alignment like what Grandad had in his kitchen.

It's the perfect length and weight to handle a multitude of kitchen prep tasks, everything from chopping fruits and veggies to breaking down poultry. It feels great in the hand, and the position of the bolster works well for a variety of hand sizes. I cannot recommend this knife highly enough. You should add it to your kitchen arsenal.
