An amazing and versatile knife. Super comfortable without the full bolster when using a pinch grip. Other knives can sometimes be about the glitz and glam, but for the price, this is the best! Take care of it properly and you will definitely get your money's worth.

I love the weight and the grip of this knife. My son loved it too, so I bought him one.....my daughter loves hers too. If you want a Great all around knife, this should be your choice. What are you waiting for?

Classic meets New

I have always loved Zwilling knives. When the Pro line first came out I was excited about the curved bolster, but wasnt sure about the blade shape on the Chefs knives. As a seasoned cook I am used to the traditional taper from tip to heel. I am so glad Zwilling cam out with the traditional shape in this line. The German stainless steel stays so sharp and is easy to resharpen. The curved shape bolster is very comfortable and cuts down on my fatigue while cutting.

Timeless Design

The traditional design gives you the classic German style chef knife. The unique feature of this knife is the curved bolster. This really gives you complete control over the blade when you use the “pinch” grip. It allows you to have precise cuts without feeling fatigue after cutting.

Great All-around Knife

As with the entire Pro line, this workhorse has a 45 degree bolster for easy pinching grip. The difference between standard Pro 8" chef and this guy is less curve in the blade, giving it the more traditional look

Best all around knife

I love this knife and the fact that I can use it for everything! The curve where the blade meets the handle makes it super comfortable to use this knife and it is so sharp that it goes through anything I put in it's path. I love the classic look of this knife and it would look great in any kitchen!
