Great knife at a very good price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the feel & weight of this knife. I’ve had other less expensive knifes before before that seemed to work ok. When I used this knife the 1st time I realized what I’d been missing. It cuts effortlessly through meat unlike before. I really like the weight & overall fit of the knife in my hand. I held several different brand knifes before deciding on this one, but very happy with the decision I made.

New knife, new life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're on the fence about whether you should buy a high-end, forged knife or a much cheaper one, I have to say "Spend the money". A great knife turns prep from a chore to a legitimately relaxing experience, and a safer one. I can't even pick up my old knives now without a feeling of despair. It probably doesn't seem like it would be a major difference, but I promise you it is. If you can afford it, do it.
